Gypsies' lifestyle of consumption, an economy based on women and children-led economies, living in the most worn-out and at the same time the most dangerous part of the neighborhood, have provided the group with severe social exclusion from other areas. Gypsies also reside in the neighborhood as a social group and form part of their future neighborhood identity, especially their children. This study aimed to identify the status of gypsies living in Harandi neighborhood and to understand the grounds of their social exclusion. The research method used in this research is qualitative and thematic analysis. So through purposeful and snowball sampling, we interviewed with 20 gypsies in the neighborhood and 10 non-gypsies. Saturation was obtained with this number of interviews. This study shows that a set of factors at the cultural, individual, and structural levels influence neighborhood gypsy conditions- from gypsy entry into education, employment, and bargaining opportunities to changing conditions and bonding. They are socially preventable. Therefore, reducing the causes of social exclusion of gypsies on the issue of individual agency and disregard for structural factors is a strategic error in eliminating the social exclusion of gypsies in the Harandi neighborhood.}, keywords = {Social Exclusion,Social bond,local development,Darvazeh Ghaar,Harandi neighborhood}, title_fa = {موانع بازپیوند اجتماعی کولی‌های محلۀ هرندی تهران}, abstract_fa = {کولیهای محلۀ هرندی تهران (دروازه غار سابق) از جمله گروههای مهاجر به این محله هستند که پس از تخریب منطقۀ خاک‌سفید در سال 1379 در آن سکنی گزیدهاند. سبک زندگیِ مصرفی کولیها، اقتصاد مبتنی بر هادوری با عاملیت زنان و کودکان، سکونت در فرسودهترین و در عین حال جرم‌خیزترین بخش محله، شرایطی فراهم آورده است تا این گروه با طرد شدید اجتماعی از سوی دیگر اهالی محله مواجه شوند. این در حالی است که کولیها نیز به عنوان یک گروه اجتماعی در محله ساکن‌اند و بخشی از هویت محله در آینده از طریق آنها، بهویژه فرزندانشان شکل میگیرد. این پژوهش با هدف بــازشناسی وضعیت کولیهای ساکن در محلۀ هرندی و فهم زمینههای طرد اجتماعی آنها انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مورد‌استفاده در این پژوهش کیفی بوده و از تحلیل موضوعی دادهها بهره گرفته شده است. بدین منظور از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی با 20 نفر از کولیهای ساکن در محله و 10 نفر از اهالی غیرکولی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته شده است، که با این تعداد مصاحبه، اشباع اطلاعاتی حاصل شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان میدهد، مجموعهای از عوامل در سطح فرهنگی، فردی و ساختاری در ایجاد شرایط کولیهای محله اثرگذارند که از ورود کولیها به حوزۀ آموزش، اشتغال و قدرتیابی برای تغییر شرایط و ایجاد پیوند اجتماعی جلوگیری میکنند. بنابراین تقلیل علت طرد اجتماعی کولیها به موضوع عاملیت فردی و بی‌توجهی به عوامل ساختاری، خطایی راهبردی در رفع طرد اجتماعی کولیهای محلۀ هرندی است.}, keywords_fa = {طرد اجتماعی,پیوند اجتماعی,توسعۀ محلی,دروازه غار,محلۀ هرندی}, url = {https://ijsp.ut.ac.ir/article_76173.html}, eprint = {https://ijsp.ut.ac.ir/article_76173_13ad4870aae0fafb1640757d29fc0900.pdf} }
