In principle, in order to achieve a pattern of advancement, the Iranian society needs to train, educate, and employ experts in various aspects of the development where the internal talent reinforcement and bridging intellectual and material gaps are the necessity of advancement. Accordingly, identifying grounds, reasons, and consequences of the brain drain phenomenon requires further explanation and investigation. So far, wide ranges of studies have been conducted in regard to Iranian brain drain. This article, through the application of the qualitative meta-analysis method, investigates describes and evaluates 45 cases of produced scientific articles found in four data bases in Iran since 1380 in terms of questions, hypotheses, objectives, and outcomes. It seems that the necessity and the usage of this meta-analysis can be effective to monitor the country’s scientific community problems and also to provide appropriate scientific guidelines in legislative and executive aspects. Finally, this article provides a conclusion, the sociological analysis of Iranian brain drain, and the solutions of lessening the issue. <br />  ‌فرار مغزها را می‌توان به‌منزلۀ نوعی پدیده یا مسئلۀ اجتماعی تعریف کرد که در واقعیت روند توسعۀ ملّی کشورهای در حال توسعه تبعات منفی و در شرایطی پیامدهای مطلوبی دارد. اصولاً جامعۀ ایران برای دست‌یابی به الگویی از پیشرفت، نیازمند تعلیم، پرورش و به‌کارگیری نیروی متخصص در جنبه‌های متعدد توسعه است و تقویت استعدادهای داخلی و کاستن از خلأهای فکری و مادی از ضرورت‌های آن محسوب می‌شود. از‌این‌رو، شناسایی زمینه‌ها، دلایل و پیامدهای پدیدۀ فرار مغزها نیازمند تبیین و تدقیق مضاعف است. تا کنون پژوهش‌های گوناگونی دربارۀ مهاجرت نخبگان ایرانی انجام شده است. این مقاله با استفاده از روش فرا‌تحلیل کیفی، 45 مورد از مقالات علمی تولید‌شده در ایران از سال 1380 (جست‌و‌جوشده در چهار پایگاه داده‌های علمی) را بررسی توصیفی و همچنین ارزیابی (در ابعاد سؤالات، فرضیات، اهداف و نتایج) کرده است. به نظر می‌رسد که ضرورت و کاربرد این فرا‌تحلیل می‌تواند در رصد مشکلات اجتماع علمی کشور و مضافاً سیاستگذاری‌های علمی مقتضی در ابعاد تقنینی و اجرایی مؤثر باشد. در انتها نیز جمع‌بندی و تحلیل جامعه‌شناسانه از فرار مغزهای ایرانی و راهکارهای کاستن از آن ارائه شده است. <br />  https://ijsp.ut.ac.ir/article_53754_a3491b302bdbd13e8528e2e757ddfb42.pdf
