Using the qualitative and the interview technique, we have tried to achieve a grounded theory.  Based on Theoretical sampling and the standard of theorical Saturation, 28 young people ranging20 to 30 year-old have been interviewed in the city of Isfahan. The findings include 21 categories. The main category of this survey is” Selectivity of Identity Elements” which includes other categories. According to this core category the most important findings of this research are the conflict between the young generation and the old generation and the double consciousness which has been represented in a paradigmic model. با توجه به اینکه جامعه‌ی کنونی ما درحالِ‌گذر از هویت سنتی به هویت مدرن است، پژوهش حاضر با استعانت از رویکرد تفسیرگرایی اجتماعی به بررسی چالش‌هایی که جوانان به لحاظ هویتی در بافت زندگی‌روزمره با آن‌ها مواجه می‌شوند، پرداخته است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده‌است از طریق روش پژوهش کیفی و تکنیک مصاحبه به یک نظریه‌ی زمینه‌ای دست یابیم. براساس روش نمونه‌گیری کیفی-هدفمند (نمونه‌گیری نظری) و معیاراشباع نظری با 28 نفر از جوانان 20 تا 30 سال شهراصفهان مصاحبه صورت گرفت، یافته‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش نظریه مبنایی شامل 21 مقوله است. مقوله‌ی محوری این بررسی «انتخاب‌گری عناصرهویتی» است سایر مقولات را دربرمی‌گیرد. براساس مقوله محوری از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش، وجود تضادنسلی میان نسل جوان و نسل مسن است که در مدل پارادایمی نیز قابل مشاهده است... https://ijsp.ut.ac.ir/article_60190_84c0583905fff6455f625a47a58cb6cf.pdf
