چکیده
خشونت خانگی علیه مردان پدیده‌ای است که در گفتمان مسلط دانشگاهی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های حمایتی کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مردان قربانی اغلب به‌عنوان قربانیان پنهان بازنمایی می‌شوند و تجربه آنان از مشروعیت اجتماعی برخوردار نیست. اگرچه زنان هنوز هم درصد بالایی از قربانیان خشونت خانگی را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند اما در سال‌های اخیر تعداد مردانی که تجربه خشونت خانگی داشته‌اند رو به افزایش بوده است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، کاوش در عوامل زمینه‌ساز، پیامدها و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای خشونت خانگی علیه مردان از طریق فراتلخیص مطالعات انجام‌شده در این حوزه است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش‌شناسی فراتلخیص و با بررسی نظام‌مند ۲۲ پژوهش داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ انجام شد. مقالات منتخب با روش تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد عوامل زمینه‌ساز خشونت علیه مردان شامل نابرابری‌های ساختاری و جنسیتی، تجربیات دوران کودکی، کلیشه‌های جنسیتی، موانع نهادی و بسترهای فرهنگی است. پیامدها در سه سطح فردی شامل آسیب‌های جسمی و روانی، شغلی شامل ناامنی معاش، و اجتماعی شامل قضاوت‌های کشنده و مردزدایی شناسایی شدند. راهبردهای مقابله‌ای نیز به دو دسته راهبردهای فعال شامل جستجوی اطلاعات و پیگیری قانونی و راهبردهای انفعالی شامل سکوت و پنهان‌سازی تقسیم شدند. مردان قربانی خشونت خانگی به‌مثابه دیگری فراموش‌شده در گفتمان مسلط، از مشروعیت اجتماعی محروم می‌مانند. بازنگری در قوانین، آموزش متخصصان و تغییر نگرش‌های فرهنگی برای حمایت از این قربانیان ضروری و مهم است.
