بررسی مسائل اجتماعی ایران

واکاوی کیفی پدیده‌ی اجاره‌نشینی در میان میانسالان متأهل ساکن در شهر کرمان

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی پدیده‌ی اجاره‌نشینی در میان افراد میانسال است. در این پژوهش از روش‌شناسی کیفی گرنددتئوری جهت فهم عمیق‌تر موضوع اجاره‌نشینی استفاده شده است. میدان مطالعه شهر کرمان است و مشارکت‌کنندگان از میان افراد میانسال مستأجر ساکن در شهر کرمان و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شده‌اند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها به صورت مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختاریافته است که با 16 مرد و 15 زن صورت گرفت. همچنین برای کسب اعتبار در این پژوهش از تکنیک ارزیابی توسط اعضا، روش ممیزی و مقایسه تحلیلی استفاده شده است. تحلیل نهایی داده‌ها منجر به خلق ده مقوله اصلی و بیست و یک زیر مقوله شد که عبارتند از: بحران اقتصادی فزاینده، ادراک هرج و مرج در سیاست‌گذاری مسکن، زندگی بر مدار پول، بنگاهداران؛ فراعنه املاک، تعلیق حس تعلق، ارثیه راه نجات از اجاره‌نشینی، اضطراب جابه‌جایی، تقلیل تدریجی پایگاه، تنگنای اخلاقی زیستن و تهدید هستی خانواده. در نهایت مقوله‌ی هسته ”اجاره نشینی به مثابه‌ی گسست زندگی“ را استخراج کردیم. نتایج پژوهش نشان‌ می‌دهد که اجاره‌نشینی برای میانسالان همراه با اضطراب جابه‌جایی، فشار اقتصادی و کاهش حس تعلق است و زندگی آن‌ها را در ابعاد اقتصادی، روانی و اجتماعی دچار بحران کرده و چرخه‌ای از نابرابری را تداوم ‌بخشیده است.
