شیوع بالای خودکشی در دانشجویان پزشکی به سطوح بالای استرس شغلی که در طول تحصیل متحمل میشوند نسبت داده میشود، بررسی زمینه های دیگر نیز به این علت که دانشجویان پزشکی نیروی فعال جامعه هستند حائز اهمیت میباشد.
روش پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف از نوع کاربردی و با توجه به شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال ۱۴۰۳ بود. از بین جامعه آماری مورد نظر ۲۰۵ نفر به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب و با استفاده از فرم نظرسنجی آنلاین به مقیاس استاندارد افکارخودکشی بک (۱۹۹۳)، فرم کوتاه خودتمایزیافتگی (۲۰۱۱) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس نگرش نسبت به کمکطلبی روانشناختی فیشر و فارینا (۱۹۹۵) پاسخ دادند. دادهها به روش آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری یکطرفه و با نرمافراز آماری SPSS24 تحلیل شد.
نتایج نشان داد میانگین افکارخودکشی و تمایل به مردن با رفتارکمکجویانه پایین به طور معنیداری از افراد با رفتار کمک جویانه بالا بیشتر بود. همچنین، میانگین خودتمایزیافتگی افراد با رفتارکمکجویانه بالا به طور معنیداری از گروه افراد با رفتارکمکجویانه پایین بیشتر بود.
با توجه به یافتهها میتوان از آموزش خودتمایزیافتگی به عنوان راهبردی جهت کاهش سطح اضطراب دانشجویان پزشکی مبتلا به اختلال خلقی و بالا بردن توانایی آنها در بکارگیری و اصلاح رفتارهای کمکجویانه و راهبردهای مقابلهای کارآمد برای ایجاد گامی موثر درجهت کاهش میزان خودکشی دراین افراد برداشت.
